Meet The Staff

Keri, Dr. Steele’s wife, runs the social media campaign for the practice and helps to make each patient’s experience truly extraordinary. She is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana where she went to nursing school and met Dr. Steele during his ENT residency.

As a former nurse and cosmetic surgery patient herself, she understands what it’s like to experience plastic surgery; from the consult to the surgery, and through the recovery period. Keri works closely with Dr. Steele, Erica, Jessica, and Jennifer to ensure a first-class experience for every patient.

She and Dr. Steele have 3 children, 2 spoiled dogs, and in her spare time she enjoys volunteering, fundraising, cooking, and having fun with friends and family.

Dr. Steele is excited to announce the promotion of Jessica to Office Manager.

Jessica was raised in Woodbridge, Virginia and Riverside, California; she moved to Texas in 2005 and now calls it home. She has 2 fur babies, Gabanna and Penelope who are spoiled rotten and she hopes for another in the future. In her free time she loves to do all sorts of arts & crafts, enjoys time with her friends, and loves to travel.

Since finishing Medical Assisting school in 2011, she has worked in plastic surgery and is very knowledgeable in this field. Jessica’s passion for plastic surgery from the cosmetic side to the reconstruction is immense, and she is excited to join Dr. Steele’s team to assist in providing exceptional care.

Bonnie is an experienced patient coordinator originally from Traverse City, Michigan, now based in Fort Worth, Texas. With a strong background in clinical support and patient service, she has built a career rooted in compassion, reliability, and trust within the healthcare field. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Bonnie consistently strives to create a positive experience for every patient she serves.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, swimming, and discovering new places through travel.

Tylar  Whitney is a dedicated medical professional with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare field, specializing as a MA & scrub tech. Known for a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care, Tylar has built a respected career in the operating room and in the clinic; supporting surgeons and healthcare teams in high-pressure environments.

Outside of the medical field, Tylar is a proud wife and parent. Married to her high school sweetheart Jeremy, Tylar enjoys a fulfilling family life with three beautiful red-headed children ( a son and two daughters). Whether at work or at home, Tylar brings compassion, reliability, and a deep sense of purpose to every role.

Jennifer Geyer, a highly sought-after Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Injector, is patient-focused in providing a customized treatment plan for each individual. She has over 18 years of increasing proficiencies in multiple laser modalities including IPL, laser skin resurfacing, and laser hair removal . With her attention to detail and artistic background, she delivers natural results using Botox, Voluma, Juvederm, Restylane, and other dermal fillers. Incorporating microneedling, Hydrafacial, and dermaplaning she can exfoliate, rejuvenate, and hydrate your skin to an enhanced new you! Being a native Texan, she and her husband reside in Fort Worth with their two boys.
