This 28-year-old female desired a smaller waist with a larger, shapelier buttock. After examining the patient, Dr. Steele felt she had adequate fat volume in her waist and bra roll area to augment her buttocks. She underwent fat transfer during a short (2.5 hour) outpatient procedure at a local surgery center.
