This 40-year-old male did not like the contour of his chest. He was embarrassed by his enlarged male breasts and was not confident in removing his shirt. After consultation with Dr. Steele, he proceeded with awake liposuction of his chest to remove fatty deposits combined with removal of stubborn breast gland through a small incision around his areola. Approximately 2 pounds of tissue was removed from his chest. He is shown 1.5 years postop.
