This 43-year-old female was high risk for breast cancer. She underwent bilateral prophylactic mastopexy with reconstruction using pre-pectoral (in front of the muscle) implants (Style 410 595cc silicone gel) wrapped with Alloderm matrix. Fat grafting was performed as well to add fullness to her upper breast. Height: 5’3″. Weight: 135 lbs. Her 3-month postoperative photographs are shown.
