This 35 year old male did not like the excess fat around his waist and abdomen. Additionally, he desired a larger and more shapelier buttocks. Approximately 4.5 pounds of fat was removed and washed with normal saline. Just over 1 pound of fat was injected into each buttock. He is shown one year postop with a flatter abdomen, smaller waist, and more shapelier buttocks.
