This 39 year old female underwent a gastric sleeve and lost 130 pounds. She also had 2 children and breast fed her children which led to further deflation of her breasts. She underwent a breast lift with implants to reshape the breasts and provide upper pole fullness. She is shown at 6 months with an excellent result.
