This 22-year-old college student wanted an increase in breast volume and to correct her mild size asymmetry. Using the Crisalix virtual reality 4D breast simulation software to assist with surgical planning, the patient and Dr. Steele chose moderate profile silicone gel-filled implants with a larger implant on her right side. She was very pleased with her increase in size, upper fullness, and improved breast symmetry as seen on her 3-month postoperative photographs.
