This 35-year-old mother of 3 children desired breast augmentation to reverse the loss of volume due to her pregnancy and breast feeding. After careful examination and evaluation of her breast measurements and stated goals, the patient and Dr. Steele chose moderate profile (445cc) silicone gel-filled implants. Due to her borderline ptosis (sagging), a dual plane II muscle release was performed on the right side with a dual plane III muscle release was performed on the left side for mild nipple/areolar elevation.
