This 41-year-old mother of 3 children desired a breast lift/reduction to remove excess/sagging breast tissue and breast implants to improve her shape and fullness. She underwent a “reduction/augmentation” to remove unwanted lower breast tissue and use of an implant to give her fullness in the upper pole. This technique is very useful in situations where the patient is very interested in upper pole fullness, as a mastopexy (lift) alone often falls short in this area. Her 4-month postoperative photographs show excellent shape and symmetry with improved upper breast pole fullness.
