This 27-year-old female noted changes to her breasts after some weight loss. She had some early lower pole breast sagging (ptosis) and loss of fullness in the upper breast. Because of her breast laxity, a breast implant alone would not provide an optimal result because the lower breast tissue would “slide” off the implant. In order to provide the best result, Dr. Steele counseled the patient and recommended a combined breast lift with implants. She is shown 3 months after surgery with excellent shape and symmetry.
