This 36-year-old female had prior breast augmentation with peri-areolar lift by another surgeon about 10 years before consultation with Dr. Steele. She did not want her implants anymore and was unhappy with her areolar scars. Because her current breast size was largely due to her implant volume (375cc), she inquired about fat grafting at the time of explantation. At surgery, Dr. Steele removed her implants, performed a revision circumareolar mastopexy, and placed 280cc of fat in her right breast and 250cc in her left breast. She is shown 5 months after surgery with an excellent result.
