This 39-year-old female desired a breast reduction to improve her back, neck, and shoulder pain due to her large breasts. She also noted rashes under her breasts and difficulty finding clothing that fit appropriately. After evaluation and discussion of her goals, Dr. Steele recommended a breast reduction with lateral trunk liposuction to optimize her breast contours. A total of 5 pounds of tissue was removed during her surgery. She is shown 4 months after surgery.
