A longstanding history of enlarged male breasts caused this 34-year-old male significant embarrassment. He was hesitant to remove his shirt when outside, so he sought out Dr. Steele because of his expertise in treating enlarged male breasts. After a thorough exam, Dr. Steele recommended a plan of chest liposuction combined with direct breast gland excision through a small areolar incision.
