This 25-year-old male had long-standing fullness in his chest since puberty. On exam, Dr. Steele noted some stubborn fat deposits and breast tissue behind the areola. Under local anesthesia in the office, liposuction was used to remove fatty tissue, and a small areolar incision allowed direct access to remove residual glandular tissue. He is shown 3 months after surgery with a flat chest and much-improved contour.
