This 67-year-old gentleman lost 130 pounds after a lap band procedure. He was left with excess, loose neck skin, that he called his “turkey gobbler.” He was not interested in the traditional incisions in front of and behind the ears that are associated with a standard facelift/neck lift. He underwent a direct neck lift with Z-plasty scar closure with tightening of the underlying neck muscles.
