This 45-year-old female was found to have left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral mastectomy with tissue expander placement. After inflation of expanders to optimal volume, form stable (gummy bear) implants were placed with fat grafting of the upper breast. She subsequently had nipple reconstruction with an areola tattoo.
