45-year-old female with right breast cancer who underwent bilateral mastectomy and tissue expander placement. After inflation of tissue expanders to stretch the skin, form stable silicone gel (gummy bear) of the appropriate size were placed and the expanders were removed. She declined nipple/areolar reconstruction.
