This 57-year-old female desired improvement in the appearance of her upper eyelids. She felt that the excess skin made her look more tired and older than she felt. After discussing her goals, Dr. Steele recommended an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty). She did not want to have general anesthesia due to side effects, and Dr. Steele was able to easily perform this procedure in the office under local anesthesia. She is shown four months after surgery.
