After 2 children and weight loss, this patient did not like the saggy appearance of her breasts. She had previous breast augmentation 20 years prior with saline implants under the muscle. With aging, pregnancy, and weight loss, the breast tissue stretched and fell off the implants. She was interested in removing the implants as part of her breast lift. Under local anesthesia in the office, Dr. Steele removed the saline from the implants and then about 6 weeks later performed a breast lift to reposition the breast higher on the chest wall and provide a more aesthetic shape. She is shown at 4 months with an excellent result.
