This 20-year-old female college student desired breast enhancement surgery. Because she was not yet 22 years of age, saline implants were selected after trying on various breast sizers in her sports bra. Saline implants (360cc) were filled to 400cc and placed behind the muscle to minimize the risk of visible implant wrinkling and rippling. Her 3-month postoperative photographs show very good symmetry in shape and size.
