This 18-year-old college student desired fuller breasts. She proceeded with breast augmentation at an accredited outpatient surgical facility and returned to work quickly at 3 days. Saline implants were selected because she fell below the FDA recommended minimal age of 22. Due to mild size asymmetry, the right implant was filled slightly larger than the left side. Her 4-month postoperative photographs show excellent shape and symmetry.
