This 41-year-old female desired improvement in the shape, size, and symmetry of her breasts, with an improvement in her nipple position and more fullness in the upper breasts. After a long discussion with Dr. Steele, she underwent 3D simulation using the Crisalix preoperative imaging system. This allowed Dr. Steele to simulate a breast lift with various implant volumes. Ultimately, she decided on 330cc on her right side and 405cc on her left side. She is shown 18 months postoperatively.
