This 45-year-old mother of 3 children desired improvement in the shape, size, and symmetry of her breasts. After multiple pregnancies and breastfeeding, she noticed a loss of upper pole fullness and sagging of her breasts (ptosis). After a thorough evaluation and preoperative 3D imaging, she elected to proceed with a breast augmentation with lift. She is shown 3 months after surgery with an excellent breast shape and symmetry.
