This 29-year-old female was not happy with the shape and size of her breasts. She desired more fullness in the upper breasts, a rounder shape, and correction of her breast position due to sagging (ptosis). Dr. Steele recommended a combination of implants for volume and a mastopexy for better shape and ptosis correction.
