This 59-year-old female had saline implants placed under the muscle about 20 years prior to consulting with Dr. Steele. On exam, the implants were firm and displaced, consistent with capsular contracture. Because she did not have her implant information, and she was unsure if she wanted new implants, Dr. Steele deflated her saline implants in the office. After deflation, Crisalix 3D VR imaging was performed to simulate new implants with a lift. This allowed her to pick 345cc silicone implants that fit her frame the best. She is shown one year after surgery.
