This 34-year-old female desired breast enhancement after 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding. She was concerned about loss of breast volume and sagging (ptosis) of the breasts. In addition to breast implants, she needed a breast lift for correction of her sagging and to improve the shape of the breasts. Using preoperative imaging, the patient was able to directly participate in her implant selection by visualizing various implant sizes on her preoperative frame. She had an amazing result and is pictured 4 months postoperatively.
